How can I transfer account to my daughter who now lives in the apartment?I opened the account, but after my daughter moved in some years ago, we were told both of us had to come to the office to transfer the account to her and just never found time for both of us to come. Now I am trying to find out if we both have to come and what documents we need to bring with us. Do we have to pay a fee?

How can I change the email associated with our accounts. There are 5 of them.Our bookkeeper left and she will not give us the password. We now have office email acct and want to change NES current sign on to a new one
